FastPass Coaching Calls – Terms & Conditions, Payment & Cancellation/Refund Policy

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all 1:1 coaching services (“Coaching Calls”) provided by FastPass Education Limited (“FastPass”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking a Coaching Call, you (“the client”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Overview

FastPass Coaching Calls are virtual, individualised career support sessions for students and early-career professionals, designed to provide:

  • Live CV & Cover Letter transformation

  • Mock Interview Practice & Answer Refinement

  • Assessment Centre Preparation & Simulation

  • Diagnostic Deep Dives for career clarity

All calls are conducted via Google Meet or a similar video conferencing platform and are typically 60 minutes unless otherwise specified.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked via our official booking system (Calendly or fastpass.org.uk/coaching).

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

  • Sessions are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed via Stripe or another integrated platform.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, meeting link, and any relevant instructions.

Add-Ons & Bundles

You may have the option to purchase additional services (e.g. written feedback, follow-up support, mock interview add-ons) at checkout or via post-call upsell.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

3.1 Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance using the link provided in your confirmation email.

  • Requests to reschedule within 24 hours of the session may be subject to a £5 rebooking fee and depend on availability.

  • Reschedules due to emergencies (e.g. illness, family emergencies) will be considered on a case-by-case basis with reasonable proof.

3.2 Cancellation

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the session are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable, except in cases of documented technical failure on our part.

  • FastPass reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a coaching session if necessary due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as reasonably possible and offer a full refund or rescheduled session at no extra cost.

3.3 No-Shows

  • If you fail to attend your session without notice (“no-show”), no refund will be issued.

  • Coaches will remain available in the meeting room for up to 10 minutes. After this window, the session will be marked as forfeited.

3.4 Refunds

Refunds are only available under specific circumstances, outlined below:

  • If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, no refund will be issued. However, we may offer a reschedule at our discretion.

  • If you fail to attend your session without notice ("no-show"), you are not eligible for a refund.

  • If the assigned coach fails to attend your session without prior notice, you will be offered either a full refund or a complimentary rebooking.

  • If a technical issue caused by FastPass (e.g. platform malfunction, booking error) prevents your session from taking place, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no extra charge.

  • If you are dissatisfied with the session and provide a reasonable explanation, we will consider your refund request on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at [insert support email].

4. Coach Assignment & Availability

We aim to match you with the coach selected at the time of booking. However, FastPass reserves the right to assign another qualified coach in cases of illness, emergency, or scheduling conflicts. You will be notified in advance and may request a reschedule or refund if preferred.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure productive sessions, clients must:

  • Complete all pre-session questions and uploads truthfully and in full

  • Join the session on time using the correct link

  • Engage respectfully and professionally

  • Not record sessions or redistribute materials without consent

Failure to follow these responsibilities may result in your session being shortened, forfeited, or terminated without refund.

6. Service Limitations

FastPass Coaching is a support service, not a guaranteed placement or recruitment agency. While we strive to equip you with the best possible tools and insights, we cannot promise job offers or guaranteed outcomes.

7. Privacy & Data Use

Your booking and session data is collected solely for the purpose of providing coaching. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
